The program

Broomstick.ai is a multi-week asynchronous AI training cohort. The duration of each cohort is communicated at enrollment and may vary between cohorts. Access begins on the cohort start date and continues for the full duration of your enrolled cohort.

The curriculum includes video lessons, lab assignments, a per-class AI chatbot, and a longitudinal project. Completion of all requirements earns instructor sign-off.

Payment and refunds

Payment is processed by Stripe at the time of enrollment. Enrollment is confirmed when the Stripe webhook succeeds.

  • Full refund if your spot is claimed from the waitlist by another student before the cohort starts.
  • 80% refund (no questions asked) if requested within 7 days of enrollment.
  • No refunds after 7 days or after the cohort start date, whichever comes first.

To request a refund, email hello@broomstick.ai with your order details.

Access and community

Platform (class content) access is limited to your 28-day cohort window. After your cohort ends, platform access is locked unless you subscribe to the Graduate Subscription ($149/month, cancel anytime).

Discord and newsletter access is free forever for graduates and enrolled students. This access is never revoked.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Share your account credentials or platform access with others
  • Record, reproduce, or redistribute course materials
  • Use the chatbot to generate harmful, deceptive, or illegal content
  • Misrepresent your enrollment status or completion to third parties

Violations may result in immediate access termination without refund.
